Many new site flippers are making the common mistake of putting a site up for sale and hoping for the best. While this can work many times with no problem, what I am seeing is a total unawareness of the market. So you have your great new site and list it. Then what? You wait and wait for bids and hope it sells. But what if that same seller already had a ready and waiting list of hungry buyers ready to pounce on whatever he/she creates?

Your site sells faster and you do not pay any listing fees to any websites. And you stay off the radar of any other website builders that are watching your sales for ideas.
In summary, sign up for an auto-responder service, create a new list for clients and potential clients to sign up to, advertise that link in your auctions and in your communication e-mails, e-mail the list every time you have created a new site for sale. Then sit back and watch your bottom line grow!
