Tag Heuer is a leading Swiss watch manufacturing company. Founded by Edouard Heuer in the 1860s, it has been dominating the market with over thousands of wristwatches and chronographs developed that captures the wrists of feminine and masculine alike. However, massive models have been dedicated to the men over the century.
Men's Tag Heuer watches are varieties of wristwatches and chronographs with emphasis on men's different natures and personalities. For instance, masculinity and heritage is highlighted on Monaco models. Formula 1 and epic race are featured in Carrera models. Luxurious design and exquisite quality are specifically designed for Tag Heuer SLR for Mercedes-Benz. Sports and elegance are combined for Link models. First of the Men's Tag Heuer watches is the Monaco line which comes in three masculine models, Automatic Chronograph, Automatic watch and Monaco Sixty Nine. The chronograph features a square steel casing embodying a Perspex crystal and fluted crown for winding. The time display is polished with hour and minute hand polished in nickel plates. It has also three chronograph registers with 12-hour, 30-minute and 60-second functions. It may be supported by black, brown, blue and steel straps. Similar with the automatic watch, it has also a water-resistance of 50 meters.
Second of the Men's Tag Heuer watches is the Carrera line, which comes two legendary sport models, the automatic chronograph tachymetre and automatic watch. Launched in 1963, this line serves as a tribute to Formula 1 race. The two models are almost similar in terms of steel casing, scratch-resistant sapphire glass, fluted crown, folding clasp, steel or gold bracelets and diamond luminescent hands. The main differences include the chronograph movements, wherein the former runs on caliber 16 while the latter on caliber 5. Third of the Men's Tag Heuer watches is the Tag Heuer SLR for Mercedes-Benz model with an automatic chronograph. Its features include a caliber 17 movement and an automatic chronograph of the date. It has a scratch-resistance and anti-reflective sapphire crystal. It has also a black dial with luminescent hand markers, along with a tachymetre-scaled bezel. Thus, bidirectional rotating flange are also present along with two push buttons. It is water-resistant for a hundred meters.
Fourth of the Men's Tag Heuer watches is the Link line of models. It includes six models on the line like quartz watch, automatic watch, quartz chronograph, calibre 36 chronometer, automatic chronograph and Calibre S chronograph. Launched in 1999, this line features the quality of steel as reflected on the bracelet. In 2005, a new collection was added that harmonized sports design with elegance. Designed by Tiger Woods, it features the quartz watch that has hours, minutes and seconds functions. It also includes the black and white golf ball texture on the dial with luminescent hand pointers.
